Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in a diversified portfolio of domestic and foreign high-yield bonds. It invests in a diversified portfolio of public and private issue debt securities that are generally rated below investment grade or deemed to be below investment grade by an investment sub-advisor. The fund may invest in other securities, including investment grade securities, foreign securities, common and preferred stocks and convertible securities.
